As the LG’s fans were disappointed to know that the G7 ThinQ was not going to visit U.S. The brand decided to launch the LG V35 ThinQ instead. It is the successor of V30 which had had a really good run past year.
As we speak, new and real Leaks of the device have surfaced on the internet and they confirm the previous Leaks of V35 ThinQ.
Surprisingly, the V35 ThinQ didn’t pay along with the notch trend which all the major brand have already adopted. As the images suggests, we see the V35 ThinQ had a similar look to that of the Samsung Galaxy S9 flagship. The leaks suggest curved sides, which we think it’s curved glass rather than a curved display like the Samsung Galaxy S9 sports.
We see volume rocker buttons at upper-left of the body. There’s no power button visible on the sides. Hence, as the history suggests we assume it’s combined in the fingerprint sensor just like the V30 had.
According to the reports, the V35 ThinQ will feature an around 6.0 Inches Quad HD IPS panel with a resolution of 1440X2880. It just might have the best IPS panel we’ve ever seen in a smartphone. It would have a premium glass back held together with an aluminium chassis just like most of the flagships.
There would be IP68 certification for water and dust resistance. Hardware-wise, this device will carry the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Octa-core chipset alongside Adreno 630 GPU. This CPU would probably be coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Availability of storage variants is quite possible.
In terms of software, we’ll see Android 8.1 Oreo with LG’s skin on top, out of the box. It may also come with Android P beta seperately for the developers to play around. For the camera, it would sport a dual camera primary setup at the pack. The cameras would be 16MP with an aperture of F/1.6 for crisp low-light shots. It also carries an 8 megapixels front facing camera. The ThinQ in the name would suggest it will carry AI(artificial intelligence) features.
It is not yet confirmed that the V30 ThinQ would come to U.S or not. Although, the price isn’t official yet, we think it might be priced competitively with the Oneplus 6.
